Terms of Service

Vireeli is an online tool that edits short videos. You upload a clip, and Vireeli transcribes it, adds captions, cuts pauses, adds zooms and other edits, and lets you change the result and download it.

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use Vireeli.
• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us at sonih3654@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

• Edits are paid for with credits. Each kind of edit costs a set number of credits, shown on the pricing page and before you start an edit.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may include taxes where the law requires.
• Credits never expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.
• If an edit fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• A Lifetime plan lasts for as long as Vireeli is offered as a service, not for the lifetime of a person.
• We may change prices or plans. Changes don't affect credits you have already bought.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You own the videos you upload and the videos Vireeli makes from them. To run the service, you give us permission to store, process and change your content only to make your edits, show them to you and keep them in your account. We don't use your videos for advertising, and we don't sell them.

You promise that:

• you have the right to upload and edit everything you upload, and
• your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights, such as copyright, privacy or the right to their image.

• Upload content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, or meant to harass anyone.
• Make videos that pretend to be someone else in order to mislead people.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to use.
• Try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service.
• Share your account or resell Vireeli without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Vireeli uses automated tools, including AI, to transcribe speech and suggest edits. The results can contain mistakes, such as wrong words in captions. Please check your video before you post it. You are responsible for what you publish.

We keep improving Vireeli, so features may change or be removed. We try to keep the service running at all times, but we can't promise it will never be down or slow.

You can stop using Vireeli at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing sonih3654@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits on an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

Vireeli is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or lost data. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Vireeli after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to fix the problem first.
