Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and profile picture, from the sign-up form or from Google if you sign in with it.
• Your videos: the clips you upload, the audio in them, the transcripts we make, your edits and the finished videos.
• Billing details: your plan, credit balance and order history. We don't store card or bank details.
• Usage details: basic technical information such as your browser, device type and the pages and features you use, so we can fix problems and improve the product.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To transcribe, edit and render your videos, and keep them in your account.
• To track your credits and process orders.
• To answer your questions and send important notices about your account.
• To keep Vireeli secure, prevent misuse and fix bugs.

We don't sell your personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your videos to train AI models.

We use trusted service providers to run Vireeli. They only get the data they need to do their job for us:

• Clerk: sign-in and account security.
• Supabase: database and file storage for your account and videos.
• Heroku: hosting for the website and video processing.
• Speech-to-text and AI providers such as OpenAI, Groq and Deepgram: they receive your video's audio or transcript to make captions and plan edits.
• DataFast: website analytics, such as pages visited and where visitors came from.
• Pexels: stock footage search. Only search words are sent, never your video.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India, for example in the United States. We may also share data if the law requires it.

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We also use DataFast, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets a cookie to tell new visitors from returning ones. We don't use advertising cookies.

• Your videos and projects stay in your account until you delete them.
• When you delete a project in your dashboard, its files are removed from our storage.
• When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct data that is wrong,
• delete your data and account, or
• withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Email sonih3654@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure sign-in and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Vireeli is not meant for children under 18 without a parent or guardian's permission. If you think a child has given us data without permission, email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll tell you by email or in the app.
